Hi all. Just came across this forum doing a search for ADD, some good threads here.

I live in Australia and recently read an article that suggested Drs were prescribing more and more ADD medication to Adults. My history reads like a bible of ADD thing to look for but I have never seen anyone, now I'm 34.

I lived in the States for a while when I was 17 and some kids in the family I stayed with were on Ritalin, it worked wonders for them.

I scored a 93 on the self test on this site but didn't really need a test to let me know. I laughed outloud when I got to the 'Moving Legs bit' , I looked down and the right one was going ten to the dozen.

Gonna try and see someone soon as finding it quite hard to start my own business. I am relying on my wife to keep me focused and that is alot of pressure on her.

Welcome. Do see someone knowledgeable about ADHD. I've seen many adults who went undiagnosed as children for different reasons find tremendous help in seeking treatment and support. No one, including myself, recognized it in me when I was a child. And admittedly, my case is mild. But it has improved since I learned I had it, via behavioral and medication interventions.

Good luck,

gg

hi and welcome
