I have got a 20yr old son he has been diagnosed with ADHD he as been involved with a gbh offence.it has gon to crown court will he go to prison as he is not on proper medication yet.pls help

Have you seen a professional who can prescribe medications for his problem? There are a bunch to pick from. Or has he been on something and it's not been effective?
I would think if the court knows he is getting help, then they would be more lenient. |
