I schedule a appointment to see a psychiatrist next week and i am pretty nervous but it has to be done and i am glad... I finally came out of my shell and make the appointment.. I thought i had adhd/add but that wasnt the problem i have a freaking depression disorder i dont even know if that even exist! But hopefully everything will go fine and hopefully my ***** wont be lazy and hopefully i get my self-confidence back this had been a roller coaster year and i hope you guys have better days than i do jerhttttterjthjerth... Have a nice day.

Congratulations for making and keeping your appointment. Yes, it's true that depression can affect concentration, so I'm not surprised by your diagnosis. Now just start getting treatment for this disorder, and maybe your concentration will actually improve. I know it's a surprise, but I wouldn't see it as something bad, if I were you. Okay?
