Yeah, I'm listening to "Roar" by Katy Perry, I actually love some of her songs. They seem really empowering. It's sad they had to rip off the 80's "Eye of The Tiger" song for some of the lyrics.
Anyways, I've been spending the last week getting caught up in my course works. While reading about ADD and starting a blog… I really do try to do more that I can really handle. I'm learning so much more about what they call ADD. I'm very much an ADDer, I have to force my focus most of the time and let’s not forget the stress and frustrations of everyday life. I get stressed about quite a bit of little things and it’s really frustrating when they stop me for doing what I should be doing. Like someone who is behind might just work as hard as they can to get the work done. I worry about getting it done, getting caught up and what people end up thinking about me. I seriously believe my C# Professor thinks I’m a bad student. Which at the end of the day I’m not, I just took the summer off and was trying to handle more working hours because I was tired of being broke. Now, I’m broken emotionally and have to admit that I can’t do it. I’m giving my boss up till after she comes back from the next vacation she has till I go back to only 2 days a week. I’m actually almost to the point of asking how low in the amount of works hours I put in without losing my job. I just hate listening to ‘We need to think about business needs.” Yeah, I know that as that is all I think about when I talk to them about my hours. I love where I am in my job for now but if I would lose the working in floral I would have to hold myself down from writing my two week notice right there and then. I’ve shed enough tears over that job sometimes I wonder if it’s worth all the stress! |

I'm sorry that you are having such a tough time. Working and going to school can be exhausting for anyone, with having ADD you have even more pressure. Have you seen a doctor for your ADD? Are you taking medication? If so, maybe that needs to be adjusted. Hopefully, you will get caught up on some much needed rest when you cut your hours at work. And you are more important than business needs. Do what you have to to take care ofyourself.
