Thanks for the posting, petunia. I believe knowledge is key about all the disorders and the treatments, pharmaceutical and otherwise. When I think about it I would never put my daughter on medications as casually as I have myself. On the one hand that is good because kids have a lot more potential problems, but it also says I need to think as much for myself.

Bipolar disorder with very long depressions and short hypomanic episodes. I initially love the hypomanic episodes until I realize they inevitably led to terrrible depressions. I take paroxetine, lamotrogine and klonopin.
