Hello
This is my first time posting here and I am a little nervous, so here we go I am on an executive board of a non-profit that includes most of the big-wigs of my community, so the need to look like I'm normal is important. My question is does anyone else have a problem speaking out too much or out of turn? I tend to start to answer a question while the person is still talking or say something at innapropate times. I take 60mg of Ritalin through the day but I still struggle with all the issues of ADD. It does help me focus and work on projects.
Oh, I have one more question (sorry) Does anyone have a hard time expressing what they want to say. I have an idea or something that I clearly have in my head but cant speak the words. Any help or ideas would be so appreciated!!! Thank you!!!!

I have trouble with both those things and I'm not ADD, at least, I don't think I am. I haven't found an answer for dealing with the issues other than I try to listen more and talk less to keep me from interrupting. I also tend to want to finish people's sentences.

All the time. My husband is constantly frustrated with me for interrupting him or talking over him in a conversation.

Sorry to hear...it sounds like a little bit anxiety to me. I'd maybe lower your Ritalin a bit, since 60mg is at the high end and could induce nervousness. Best of luck!
