What kind of negative thinking?

How you look?
Not being good enough?

About not being good enough.. I actually have a good job.. and my bosses haven't told me otherwise.. but I always feel like I am a constant let down. Constantly underperforming.. and I don't know how to stop this because this negative thinking me causes me to further avoid work and increases my anxiety

I'm not totally sure how to stop it but I've felt/feel the same! I find that it becomes an obsession that I have get through. It's crazy as I went through it so many times that I should be able to see it starting. It's not so much work but in school.

I think I'll start out well but somewhere in the between I'll reach a point where I wonder how I made it so far.

I think what helps me at work is my boss tries her best to keep her bosses noise out of her department. As in she tries to handle her boss without her boss coming down on us so much. It is also helpful that my bosses son has ADHD along with other illness so she understands me enough to handle me. I wish I could have bosses like her always.
