My pdoc has increased my dose of Adderall. Hopefully this will help keep me focused and help up the effectiveness of my anti-depressants and mood stabilizers.
I've been feeling kind of flat lately.

How high did he or she increase it to? I'm on adderall xr 20mg. It really helps keep me focused. It sounds like you have other diagnoses with yr other meds. I too suffer from bp anxiety adhd and depression. It seems that the combo makes my adhd harder to deal with. I dunno. Maybe it's all in my head :-)

I take 30 mg. of Adderall in the morning, usually with breakfast between 6:30- 7:00 a.m. . She wants me to try another 10 mgs. around lunch. My lunch can be scheduled anywhere between 11:00 and 1:00 p.m. when I'm at work.
