Hey there everyone kinda new to this but this is just a conclusion I have come up with the use of adderall. Just wanted to get my thoughts out there and help out anyone who has wondered this for themselves. hope it helps!

on adderall
  1. makes you immensely focus on whatever you're doing
  2. makes you want to perfect whatever your doing (can be a big time waster)
  3. makes you at times selfish because whatever you "think" is more important is the most imperative thing in the world.
  4. gives you ultimate perserverance at whatever your goal is.
  5. blocks out all the surroundings around you whether you like it or not.
  6. takes no effort to do work what so ever.
  7. makes you loose track on your priorities(thinking what your doing is the ut-most important thing in the universe.
  8. gives you unrealistic, abstract thoughts that probably will never happen.
  9. If you take it too much sometimes you will be lost in limbo in the future in your head or just in your head, making you not present in the present(making you zoned out).
  10. you MUST prove to yourself and challenge to yourself that you can DO whatever obstacle that you think of regardless how silly or not essential it is.
  11. if you do not fulfill whatever it is that you think of you get irritated and almost pissed off that you did not accomplish it.
  12. you "feel" like if you do not come up with a solution in seconds there is something wrong with you, because heck you're "perfect" you wont take no for an answer.
  13. you are thinking so fast sometimes that you cannot even cope with your thoughts yourself
  14. if you try to multitask with something in the present and in the future it is nearly impossible because its sole purpose is to delete multitasking.
  15. you think on something so hard for so long sometimes for no reason.
  16. you focus so hard on something you loose thought on the other thing you meant to get to.
  17. you try to analyze everything, every little detail which is humanly impossible.
  18. you over analyze alot of things, making you probably weird. that making you nervous when people confront you (sometimes)
  19. you tend to over think things you already know making you sometimes second guess or doubt yourself
  20. sometimes you over think one thing over and over again thinking you need to memorize to have it perfect to retain it, which you probably dont.
  21. you think about one thing over and over again stressing you out
  22. makes you think you absolutely need or need to do everything
  23. makes you think things need to be done now
  24. you over charge your brain over senseless things.
  25. makes you forget how normal people think, making you believe everyone thinks like you making it seem like everything must be perfect or you be will a failure.
  26. makes you loose vision of the big picture
  27. makes you have to think of every day things you tended to do naturally
  28. makes you eventually loose your personality and emotion
  29. takes away stress making you think you can do it all.
  30. takes more willpower to go in the right direction
  31. makes you like things you would not like normally
  32. takes away ability almost to remember easy non important and enjoyable past moments
  33. easier to think than do
  34. it will change you lifestlye and who you are if you consistently use it when you dont need it
now i must note this is being on adderall quite a bit without many vacation days. adderall can be effective if you use it as a tool towards what you know will be important to do and this is best done by being off adderall to pinpoint your goals. a big mistake is using adderall for social gatherings, it will really mess up your judgement towards society and thus best used ONLY STUDYING and only studying when you have a ton of things to do.

off adderall
  1. mostly in present
  2. do not want to do work or typically half asses things to get them over with
  3. right when you come off adderall sometimes the next day you will have to reteach yourself how reality works giving you migraines ect.
  4. takes way more effort
  5. makes you more aware of your surrounds making you having to cope with it wether you like it or not
  6. takes more willpower to do work
  7. mostly want to enjoy the moment
  8. not think really hard because off adderall you cannot humanly think as hard as you do about everything for so long on it
  9. easier to multitask in present and while thinking of future or past
  10. prioritizing comes easily to work because you want to work as less as possible
  11. easier to do than think
  12. tend to be happier because your not using as much brain power
  13. that you dont need alot of things
  1. more relaxed but at the same time in reality you need to push yourself to do essential things that no one likes to do

another note is adderall can trap you to become someone who you arent, you might be more successful but at what cost. you might not even like what you studied and majored in making you miserable thus adderall should not determine what you do.

I'm pretty sure i have come to an solution that i do not like adderall, I used to be a carefree relaxed happy individual but did not get the majority things i needed to get done off it.

Bottom line- adderall should only be used to study when you NEED it. not when you want it to make things easier, it will strip you from your own self confidence when you constantly use it for tasks you CAN do yourself dont rely on adderall .

thanks for reading, tried to make as simple as possible
Thanks for this!

I forgot to put some things, on adderall - -Makes you less creative seeing only black and white no green or red being innovative and seeing outside the box
-Makes you think your smarter than you are
Makes you work harder than smarter sometimes

-Makes you think your being productive which sometimes your just doing extra work than being productive
-Makes you eventually forget how to use effort on your own
-Makes you think things have so much more meaning and depth and purpose
-makes you more aggressive/blunt and irritated after awhile using it
-makes you more goal oriented and direct but gets you in over your head with things you normally could not do ( this is bad, only do things that you could without adderall, it will stress you out unbelievably)
-Tedious thoughts that are pointless go around in your head that you can fully grasp ( it makes you feel insane, but this is only taking too much than prescribed or not taking breaks... its horrible)

Thanks for replying guys I thought no one would

I'm starting to figure out that possibly I thought about the wrong things off of adderall in the start, I was so much a people person that I focused on peoples feelings and emotions and thoughts, whenever I got on the adderall it make me more objective oriented making me focus on the "right" things and not waste time which society sees as successful. after awhile I missed myself of being relaxed and just being able to talk to anybody about anything and not care, I thought the adderall changed me but in reality after taking a break I just had to remind myself that it was not the adderall (which i thought changed me ) it was that I was wanting to be my old self again that while on adderall i focused so hard on what people thought ect to be able to care again that it amplified it making me nervous. I guess i just naturally have anxiety about society and is something i need to get over with and get my priorities right and balance everything out.
