I've been on Concerta for about 2 years 63mg (27mg + 36mg) and it keeps me focused through most of the day. I'm thinking of either increasing the dose or switching to a different stimulant because I have chronic fatigue where I'm extremely tired and sleep more than average and all weekend. My mom is worried for when I get my own car because I could fall asleep while I'm driving which is why she doesn't like me driving anymore.

What should I do? My psychiatrist only gives Modafinil (Provigil) to narcoleptic patients and if I switch, I want to be focused and awake.

Thanks.
