There Any Executive Function Disorder (EFD) Expert Online I can Contact?

I'm having trouble finding any where I live, in Puget Sound. Are there any online, that I can talk to? I'm EFD, and I need to develop a plan going forward.

What is the difference between ADD/ADHD and EFD?

Well, I don't think anyone would call me ADD now, but ADD/ADHD is about high energy to the point of distraction, and EFD is about an inability plan. EFD is generally known with ADD/ADHD, but not necessarily.

No one would describe me as having the energy or H in ADHD, but I would say my issues go beyond planning problems LOL! My hyperfocusing might appear as energetic. Maybe in male children the H is much more apparent, but not a single person recognized this in my until a friend who is also ADD said he always thought I was. When I had my sister read an article describing what it feels like to be ADD/ADHD, she couldn't relate at all, and yet I could check off everything the person wrote about as me.

Maybe EFD is more a subset of ADD/ADHD?

Let me know what you find out. I dead-ended on this one. I have had multiple cranial MRI that show bilateral focal DLPFC lesions, 2x2x1cm each, one in each hemisphere which is -extremely- correlative to EFD / Dysexecutive / ADD.. but research on non-vegetative or inappropriate EFD is total **** in the USA.
