I have been for the most part stable when it comes to my bipolar and since I have been the new doctor I'm seeing recently put me on concerta for my ADHD and it has been a life saver! It hasn't fixed my attention completely but it has helped it enough where I have good working days again.

I can relate to your husband though because I'm horrible at communicating what's going on with myself and this can drive the gf nuts. Sometimes it can lead to a fight and that usually only makes the situation worse. We've both been working on it (through therapy) and she's learning to become more patient with me and I'm working on the communicating part.

Don't get me wrong, I still have my bad days with either the bipolarity or the ADHD but with the right meds, it's really helped a lot.

He is taking Concerta also and there has been a noticeable change.

We are going to start family therapy cause we discovered that just as much as he needs help, we need to learn how to handle him. Patience is something I really need to work on as I don't have any. So hopefully the therapy will help me with that cause you right it does just make things worse.

It makes me feel better that there are other people out there that are going through the same thing and have found way to overcome the challenges.

Thank u
