I have a neurofeedback headset, I got it when I was suffering from depression and anxiety and when eventually the symptoms of ADHD such as attention loss, inability to relax and concentrate on work reached peak and were poisoning my life 6 months ago. I have had brilliant results using it at home but I wonder how do the sessions differ when you use it at home and when you go to the doctor.
Can anyone share own experience please? ![]() |

While I don't have personal experience, but I did a little research on the subject and I am not seeing much as far as how they are different. I would think though that in the office it may be a little more intense and I am sure the doctor would be haing you perform certain tasks to monitor what the going on. I did read something bout this treatment being done and having success in conjunction with cognitive therapy.

then the difference is probably in the price only, much cheaper at home.
