i feel like i cant focus in school i have talk to my therapist and doctor of this and i have an appointment next week i am on new meds but not for ADD he said if my issue continues to bring it up next time i see him and for example at my bus stop i like to walk around cause i get bored and hate waiting for long periods of times and it seems i find it hard to follow directions and need it said to me multiple times i read up that symptoms are anxiety anger etc and i am on meds for both let me know what you guys think and i am still figuring this out my self And what should i say to my therapist about this? I see him today, one more thing is in school i always tempt to get up and walk around.

School is usually meant to be a sit down affair. Getting up and wandering around is frowned on. What about massaging your hands? what about drawing or taking notes.
