I know from having severe anxiety over the past couple of years how rough it can feel not being able to do things right, not be completely independent at times and even have to work harder than other people just to do average.

So i am always here if anyone would like a friend to talk too

Claire, I can relate. Things seem much harder for me to accomplish now than they used to be. My mental illness has gotten worse over the last decade. I'm always around for you if you need to talk, too. You can always PM me if you need to talk or rant. I'm always here to listen and sometimes I talk too much.

Hey Avlady no problem i am a good listener it's best to be happy with yourself and just accept you might not be the best at everything. Never compare yourself to others otherwise you will feel even worse.

I am glad i have made a small impact

Thank you for reading and replying i hope you find strategies to improve your mental illness so it doesn't continue to decrease.
