I have many a few interests such as video games, shows, etc. but the problem is I'll be really syked and then get really bored after like ten hours. How do I hold my interest or find things that do (such as new hobbies, etc.)? Is there a way to keep my attention on something without having to force it? I really like video games and I want to be able to play them. More than that I just want to find the fun in life again.

do things in bits. (and don't overdo it)

so, say you like game of thrones.. what about 1 episode of that, then an hour on a video game you like, and then another show you like, and themn listen to some music- then go back to game of thrones.. you need to spread it out so you don't find yourself doing the same thing all the time.

finding new hobbies is a little trickier, that requires some thought in to what you might enjoy doing, then making plans to get started (joining a club, buying equipment, researching how best to do it) what ever.

good luck

I'm similar and have ended up wasting hours swapping between different interests (mostly language learning/games/shows), trying to feel minimally stimulated. Language learning is the most stimulating one, but I know I'm overdoing it when I start making multiple silly errors, begin getting physically tired, or even forget to eat/sleep/go to the bathroom, depending how on top of things I am that day. Be careful not to end up like me!

For some of us, finding others with whom to do the stuff you want to stick with can help. Find a community (in person or online-- as long as you are holding each other accountable in some way) you can share your progress with and it might just help keep you on track.
