I take extended release amphetamine ER
after 8 hours I notice that I have a increased heart rate and anxiety that goes away by the morning.
Is this feeling a withdrawal affect?
Is it dangerous to keep using adderall knowing I have withdrawal symptoms?
ETC anything?

You need an antidepressant for the anxiety.

I used to have insane panic attacks every time it wore off. 40mg Prozac stopped the anxiety in a few days and an increase in the stimulant helped.

Or try a more calming stimulant like Concerta.

25% of Adderall is levoamphetamine instead of dextroamphetamine.

Call you doctor, let them know of the anxiety. It could be just a small side effect but it could also be something that need to be address. The doctor can then help you come off it and go onto another medication if needed.

P.S. I just stopped talking adderall after 4-5 years years of being on it and spent 6 months in a deep depression
