Disclaimer: I'm not a healthcare/mentalcare professional, I'm just sharing my personal experiences. Nothing I post is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease/disorders.

So in my some what obsessive self-research for managing my ADD, Ive been trying out different things and I've come to one I might try in a longer term trial since the initial effects seem to help. As the title states, I'm trying out Sense Depravation/Dampening. ADD/ADHD is auditory/visual, so the idea is if I use "filters" for incoming auditory/visual... perhaps it will help with concentration because the "processing workload" as it were isn't as overwhelming.

Obviously not intended for every waking hour. I would say a max of 2-3 hours with these methods. After that I would remove them to let your brain adjust back to normal. Obviously if these bother you a lot sooner, I would remove them.

Right now Im using 2 methods.
First I'm using earplugs(not earbuds like used for music, I'm talking about actual ear plugs, the foam kind.), you can buy these at a pharmacy for super cheap its like $1-2 for a pack of them. Typically these are used for either sleep aid or if you work with loud equipment.
Now I can still hear, it's just dampened down quite a bit.
Initial Outcome: For whatever reason I find it easier to concentrate when I have earplugs in. Perhaps it's less stressful with noise cancelation/damping than it is with attempting to drown out other sounds with music or whitenoise. However you may have to put up with either ringing ears or hearing your pulse.

Second I'm using Filter/Computer Glasses. Now these are not prescription, the main use for these is for lessening eyestrain if you work long hours on a computer(Or gaming, I use them for both.) Basically all it does it filters out glare and provides higher contrast. I also think it cuts down blue light that emits from computers and phone screens.
Initial Outcome:My eyes are much more relaxed, I don't find myself squinting as much. So in turn it helps with focus and I'm not giving myself a headache.
I think this is generally a good idea for anyone who sits in front of a computer long term, ADD or not. Mainly because you can develop what's called "Computer Vision" which can make eyesight blurry, bloodshot, or dry. You try to compensate by moving closer and possibly sitting in bad posture. Anyways you could imagine the discomfort would be magnified for people with ADD because if your vision is impaired it could make it immensely difficult to concentrate since you are already straining to do so to begin with.
