haha----fidgets are a big part of my life, i often find myself fidgeting with everything all the time, ive had stress balls(ive also broke them), i chew on pencils, my feet even get the unsafe wiggles while im driving!! or when im at the stop light!-but i wont go into my many fidgets so...what are some good toys-yes toys, for us fidgeters?? and yes i know there are no toys that can prevent my feet from fidgeting at stop lights, but my daily dose of adderall usually does

Hi Mary,

That is a really good question. I sit here and think and look around and think and I can't think of anything. Except maybe Lego's. I have found I play with my nephews Lego's sometimes and they keep my hands busy.

I take Adderall Xr and it does help me too. I know about the Stop Light thing I seem to inch and inch on and off the brake little by little, but not as bad as I used to. fidgets

I have trouble with quiet rooms and paying attention to a speaker and not being able to talk. I think I end up tapping my fingers for awhile and rearranging my position a couple hundred times, moving my feet, shaking my leg, and looking around the room. It didn't used to be as difficult to focus though now I have been on 20mg of adderal xr and my T thinks maybe 30mg will be better next month.

I got off topic sorry anyway I don't know of any toys that I have only things that keep my hand busy like you said the stress balls you have squashed fidgets

Hope someone else might know Take it easy- Chris
