You know, I woke up 7 in the morning yesterday after four hours of sleep. It was the first time I did that in almost 5 months. Everything looked fresh. I used to do that when I was a high school student everyday which every single classes start at 8 am. Now as a collage student, my schedule became more focused in the afternoon rather then in the morning, making early wake up less of a duty.
As a result, unsurprisingly, I became terravke at time management. To be more specific, I am now mentally strongly fixed in a habit which I couldnt do any necessary important task until 2 am in the morning. Looking back, I have so many time during the day, yet I never feel like doing it in the afternoon or the morning (which I am usually at sleep) or even during the night until that particular time. I end up watching YouTube and play Minecraft all day long. Even if I unplug my computer to make it impossible to do those stuff, I start looking at he closes and the corners in the wall instead of finishing important tasks. Yup you’ve guessed it! This text is being typed at 3am JST. I have class just 5 hours later. What can I do? My doc said it’s a typical ADHD symptoms and give me med, which doesn’t work that much since I forget to take it anyway. Even if I take it it doesn’t work much because I do get sleepy around 10 pm but I feel like I have to stay awake because I feel like I have something to do before I sleep. What should I do? Im tired from lack of sleep. |
