So I was wondering if any one experience the same thing I do. Meds not working for your adhd? I take Vyvanse only when needed. When I took 30 mg it made my anxiety really high so I take 10 mg now only when needed. When I take Vyvanse , it does not help me focus on getting my hw done and studying and so on. I can sleep on Vyvanse and coffee. Its just frustrating that stimulants do not work. I still have a hard time focusing and finishing my hw and studying when I take Vyvanse. ugh

Highly suggest supplementing magnesium along with any stimulant!

Eventually you'll become less sensitive to the Vyvanse. Take it every day to build tolerance to the stimulation. You won't build tolerance to the focus effects, then just increase it to 20mg, 30mg, etc..

My dose is at 40mg. It wakes me up in the morning and helps me focus throughout the day. It doesn't give me motivation but gives me the ability to motivate myself if I want.

Be careful with 10mg. That dose is ok for children but not for adults because you could build reverse tolerance (Low doses are microdosing stimulants which could lead to permanent motivation, focus, energy and overstimulation, sensitivity to coffee). I would increase it to 20mg to prevent that.
