I have. I take 400mg on work days. It does help me concentrate. I can not drink coffe with it, the combo gives me tremors

I also find that 300mg is necessary for any appreciable effect. Also do beware of withdrawal if you suddenly halt a high dose like that. It's rare but I got it and was catatonically depressed for 2 straight days, no ****.
