My Dr. thinks that I am bipolar and have add he wants me to do more tests, but at least it is a start to find out what is wrong with me. Also has anyone tried Ritalin he wants to put me on that, has it worked with these two problems for anyone?

I'd sorta be careful about taking ritalin for bipolar disorder. that isn't the usual med for it. question him extensively about why he wants to put you on it. it's for ADD, generally. research on the net.....love, pat

Hi, ozzie and fayerody, thank you for your input. I will ask my Doctor, and I was referred to a physiatrist, I will ask him his opinion as well. My Doctor also told me there are no real tests for ADD and I need a shrink? I don’t know, I just want someone to give me a magic pill. Lol Thank you both for your input.
