I have been doing well since my last T session on T.
I am realizing that you can learn to trust...despite how hurt and confused you were being brought up as a child.
It is never to old to understand that people do care.
I cannot say I am trusting 100%. And I still test.
But it is becoming less now.
I have a little girl inside of me who is starting to become less afraid. She knows that not everyone is like the people from her past.
I am also learning to lean on people in a healthy way. Not to be overbearing but just having the peace that comes from knowing someone is there for them.
These are huge steps for me.
These are healing steps in the journey I have been on.
Wanted to share them.

That's really good. These are things I need to learn too, so it encourages me that you are saying you are learning them.

I am feeling particulary good now for like the third day in a row.
Thanks for all the positive notes here. I am really amazed how how good I can feel despite the work I still have to do.
