He is 21 and I'm sure he has it. I have 2 daughters that also have ASD. He has the same traits.
I did an online test for him and he scored 37 which is a certain.
He has extreme anxiety too. Yesterday we had an appointment for something and it was the lady that said look's like he has Aspergers. He also has learning difficulties. I am going to make an appointment for his GP next week so they can refer him for an assessment.

Sounds like a great idea! Hopefully you can get him assessed and the supports he needs if he needs any.
