I am asking for some advice. Is it normal for someone who has severely autism and asperger's and severely mentally retardation to physically and sexually assault people? I know someone who is doing this to other people had legally gotten away with it. The legally guardian sue anyone who try to defend themselves from the attack and been fired and has sued to police department for arresting the teenage boy.

I don't believe it is normal. I am higher functioning, but my cousin who is lower function doesn't do this. He may hit you though if you try to do something to him though (touch him, take away his iPad, etc.), but not randomly. And not sexually.

But in the law, if the person can not understand the wrongness for what they are doing, they can't be charged with the crime. Here is a link to an article (about Canada though):

What does 'not criminally responsible' really mean? - Canada - CBC News

Basically, at least here in Canada, if you are found guilty of a crime, but can't be deemed criminally responsible due to mental disorder, then you can be sent to a hospital for treatment, and be given conditions to live in the community. You can be sent to a treatment facility. But this may be for conditions for people with conditions that are treatable with medication. There are some medications to treat aggression in autism. Some APs.

I hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for this information. He just walk up and hit anyone who is in site or try to kiss inappropriate but everyone is he being affecting when what he is doing is consider rape or attempt rape. They said that he doesn't understand what he is doing. But someone had to have done to him because he wouldn't know anything about how to have sex. Yet he ask inappropriate question and he threaten to kill someone.

In some state in american they can be held accountable for the action or their legal guardian can held accountable. Depending on who the judge is to whether or not they decide to do anything to the person commit the crime here in my home state.

Behavior like that is usually reviewed in a hearing with a judge outside if court & the judge decides along with a psycholigist & the family or guardian what needs to be done fo keep this behavior away from others. In Calif the police would put what they called a 5150 hold on the person (threat to self or others) & take them to a psych hospital. The hearings were usually held there in a conference room & decided what long term care was needed.

Asperger's is high functioning autism. This is NOT high functioning. Authorities will decide since it seems that functioning in society is not working well for this person.

Thank you for responding back to me. He was arrested but they drop charged and now the school and the police are being sued because the legal guarding won't lock him in a mental hospital.

Sounds like they are going to have a tough court case. It is difficult to know what to do with people like that because they are a danger to others physically & with their threats. I dont see the court case going well for them. But at least the judge will be making the decision & not the guardian

Thank you for responding back to me. He was arrested but they drop charged and now the school is now being sued all because of the state that I am living in. He consider legally crazy and they still will not do anything about it.

Anyone can sue anyone they want but when it comes down to the judge doing the ruling on the case they dont usually win when thete is a serious problem.
