I'm just feeling so negative tonight. I feel like every time I speak out seriously and compassionately trying to motivate and encourage I'm just banging my head into a wall. "Nobody" listens. "Nobody" cares. I have no self-worth and am self-loathing.

How do I get over this hump of caring too much? This is why I don't speak in real life. I don't cope well with rejection or what I perceive to be rejection. Logically I know that the person is not rejecting me, just my idea of what would benefit them, but it hurts so deeply.

I know how you feel Foxie. Are you drawn to situations and people where you will find rejection? I sure am. I need to be more aware of people to stay away from, but it's so hard.

horsie {hugs} actually yes. I keep thinking that I can change them. I'm taking a break from chat for a while to see if that helps with the negative feeling. I'll come back when I'm recharged again.

Fox you inspire me, always the optimist, always on hand with good advice, you just need to take a step back and realise that some people just are not for helping, no matter how much you try and how much time you invest in them. You know by now who your good friends are here and you should talk to us when you are feeling dejected and rejected and we will quickly reassure you how important you are in our lives, well in mine anyway. Fox you are one of my few special friends

(((((((Little Fox)))))))

If it helps any, I'll never reject you, you are such a great friend. It's hard when it seems people are listening, it hurts because if feels like they dont' see any worth in us or we are unimportnat, when really it isn't your fault that person isn't listening it is that own person's fault, they are unable to hear. Don't let that hurt you, take your thoughtful words elsewhere to those that will listen and care about you. This bird always has open ears for you.

you are so kind little fox, don't let others get you down, you are such a great person, keep that big heart of yours shining bright! We need more little foxes in the world, if there was I think there would be a lot more smiles

Keep your head held high dear
Love
