Why is it that we have so hard of a time trusting, really no different human beings than ourselves. We all have our frailities, ups and downs, and good points to offer, and advice. We need to all look at the positive, and give our selves a brake.

yes, trusting "is a bear"!
![]() I have lapses in trust, but with time they are more easy to control with my cognative distortion 'corrective skills'. It's hard work. This is not to say that at some point down the road, I will become this all-trusting gullible marshmallow. It just means that I will weigh everything against 1) logic 2) common sense and 3) my inner voice (that has a perfect right to respect) ![]()
