I don't know if it is the Avoidant Personality Disorder, Anxiety, Depression or what, but scheduling appointments is very stressful for me.

I have an appointment time at 8 a.m. every Friday morning with tdoc. Occassionally tdoc has to cancel and it really throws me for a loop, because he is booked with no openings for 2 months - so can't reschedule when he has to cancel for some reason. There would be less chance of cancelations if I would schedule on Wednesday's, but I can't make that commitment due to my current job responsibilities.

Anyway, I'm not sure why, but it really is destabilizing for me when this happens.
