Since my revelation about my personality disorder ,I can't talk to my wife of 23yrs(diagnosed with bad depression)about it or my 18yr son. I can't talk to any guy because I might cry(I can't believe I said that).I really don't know any women. Looking for a women therapist .I think my wifes depression is taking me down.

You could be right about your wife's depression bringing you down. Having a depressed person in the family makes it hard on everyone. Because it leaves you feeling helpless to do anything to cheer them up. I'm glad to see you are seeking out a therapist and even if you choose a man therapist you won't be the first one they've seen cry. Glad to see you are posting in the forums it's a good outlet for your feelings.
Best wishes,
Gayle

Maybe knowing this about yourself might actually help things with you and your wife. I know when I'm really down that I worry about other people and what they think about me and about lack of communication.

If you're AvPD then you likely have trouble communicating with her anyway right? Going over the symptoms of AvPD with her might actually make her feel closer to you - because it would explain some troubles with communicating between you that you might have had. Or maybe it would explain any withdrawal you might have had from various things that your wife felt hurt be the withdrawal?

Trouble communicating is an understatement. Even when I know the right thing to do, my defense system kicks in. I can't do it or I mess it up worse . When I start therapy and get properly diagnosed I will try. I'm waiting call back as Therapist is on vacation.

That's exciting! I'm so happy that you have an appointment.

Overthinking is an understatement in my world.
