Has anyone ever worked in an environment where no one wants to talk to you?

I used to feel like that at my old job. Everyone used to talk among themselves and I felt ignored by them. I reached out to them but the feelings of inadequacy were still there. To be honest I prefer working with less people. Way less stress.

Yes, I have.

It's a quite stressing and fustrating situation.
Have you tried to break the ice in any way? At least with one of the people there?
Was it the same for the beginning or did something happen?
