I don't use to do it, but I have just done it twice.
My wish to talk with people like me is so deep that I normaly reply or write a thread without questioning if other users are going to be interested, or if I'm going to say a nonsense, if people are going to ignore me.

Today, I feel different. I don't know to explain it. It's the first time I feel this in a forum. I am normaly very open and communicative in written language. Indeed, this is the only médium I can be my real me.
I don't know, perhaps, I'm giving a backwards in my progress.

What about you?

Sorry to hear you are questioning about the value of your posts. If you post them they are valuable. I post to others posts and that is also valuable to me.

I feel freer expressing myself here. Sometimes the ups and downs of life just distort my vision. Sometimes I have a bad day.

On a clearer day, we all see more clearly. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Are you on meds? If so talk to your psych doc if this persists.

I totally understand AzulOscuro I do it more times than I care to admit. I have a comment or point of view on a thread write it then think 'no one will care what I write' and then delete it. I just added another drawing in creative corner and actually wrote 'I can always delete this if anyone wants' or something to that vein
Thanks for this!

So many times...
I'm new here btw, so umm... Hi.
I always delete posts because I'm scared of what people might think... that they might criticize or ridicule me somehow.

welcome Phoenix,

I have a phase that i share with my friends called T&D. (Typing & Deleting) I had to come with it because i do it so often that it's quicker and easier just to write t&d to explain my absence or lack of replies.

Hope you type more than you delete :-)
welcome.

I like that Snapp66 T&D all the way!

Welcome Phoenix this forum is great as we all have a fear of ridicule so we are really supportive when one of us pops our heads up and actually comments or *big gasp* starts a new thread
Thanks for this!

I do that ALL the time
I'm better at it than I used to, but I've got this friend who does that too and it makes our conversations both frustrating and amusing.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
