Why do you think people is going to reject you?
A reply comes to my mind just now from an avoidant: 'I can't connect with anybody bc there is something bad in me'. It really touched me.
In my opinion this show a great belief on the person's inadequacy but at the same time, it shows that it's only a belief.

I think people reject someone because they see a part of themselves that they cannot accept in themselves in the other person. They are not rejecting the person outside, they are creating a wall inside themselves that divides and ties up their energies.

It is a belief and its primary affect is on the person holding the belief.

You put my question up side down.

Interesting! Someone has just told me that I'm afraid of looking at myself in the mirrow bc I don't want to accept my reality.
I wonder why some people want to put a mirrow in front of others. The worse is that the mirrow wasn't set in front of me, the mirrow was smashed into my face.

Yes, it hurts but I'm not gonna smash a mirrow into anyone's face bc it's not my way. I guess everyone can smash mirrows in others' faces. If you see with a bit of attention, everyone have flaws.

The thing is do I want to see myself in the mirrow? Perhaps, who is the owner of this decission? Myself. Up to now, I didn't recieve any complaints from my loved people.

Everyone has "weakness" and "inadequacy" inside them, those who for some reason have failed to analyse themselves adequately, (looking in the mirror!) tend to project their own "failings" onto others, and in extreme cases, even hate the recipient of their projection. Many have been abused (in childhood and sometimes later as well) but that isn't a good enough reason to hurt others (first do no harm)

In my opinion, everyone has "good" and "bad" and "weak" and "strong" inside them. (it's how they deal with those feelings that "defines" them) (and in most cases, that can change, for the better)

I don't think you're "bad"

Those who love you don't complain, they see the real you

Thank you. I was having doubts about myself.
Well, in the end I am the responsable for letting someone put me a mirrow in front of myself.
When someone tries to put a mirrow, even when this person claims his/her bast intentions, take a time to see where (s)he is coming from and if you think it might worth, learn if not, follow your own goal and do the best for you.
