I am being driven absolutely insane by my downstairs neighbour(s) listening to music at a ridiculously loud volume. My floor is vibrating. I'm watching a movie with ear buds in and I can still hear their music. It's giving me a headache and making me SO angry! I really don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate, you live in a flat, this is NOT an acceptable volume! Go to a friggin' club if you want to hear music this loud.

But I don't want to go over there, they might get annoyed with me! And that can't happen. I'd be ashamed if I ever ran into them on the stairs. So I'll just keep getting more and more annoyed myself and hoping that it stops soon. Gah, I wish I could just go over and not care what they would think of me.
(Or that one of their other neighbours would go and tell them they're being assholes. They have neighbours on four sides - why is no one else bothered by this?)
I know it's not healthy what I'm doing. The anger is boiling inside of me. But it's not enough to help me get over the fear and just tell them to turn it down
