I’ve been diagnosed with this by 3 professionals.

I don’t like talking about this. I don’t know if they were all wrong and it is “just” social anxiety..

I typed out a post. I deleted it. I typed out another post. And deleted it.

And now having typed this out, I feel like deleting this too

I’m guessing that if I do make a post here, nobody with Avpd will give me “advice” like “grow a thick skin” or other helpful ? one liners...

Or a post in big screaming letters which is essentially a one liner and very unhelpful...

I do maybe have some “coping” mechanisms which some with Avpd don’t have.. I developed these to put 10 claws up to the judging, blaming “professionals” in this forest. Their words were so ugly.. and not “only” one “professional”

I try to be kind and not hostile... maybe some see that and my sensitivity as
“weak”. EFF them...

But one of the labelling professionals (irl) claimed I was hostile (to “justify” his abuse )

(Not about anyone on pc)
