I had to be pushed into the shower once by an ex-bf. I had not had one in about two weeks, and he just pushed me in fully clothed.

Took one this morning. Then took son out for lunch. Will be all ready to get my nails done tomorrow. Also take my other son and daughter out for lunch. Then visit a sick relative.

My doctor has *prescribed* me a shower a day since I've been depressed. I don't always follow it, but having it be an order actually helps me.

Been bathing daily for weeks. I'm itchy as hell and worry it's the meds, but I get itchy all the time so doubt it. I will blame meds for everything except working and helping me be well. That's all me right? Yup

I showered, too. It had been a week, yikes. My boyfriend didn't think I smelled, but I definitely needed to wash my hair now. My hair is purple so hard to tell when it is greasy, but I could feel the heaviness from not washing it.

Contemplating one now. I know I need it but its just beyond what I can muster the strength right now. Why is it so difficult to get to that point of actually getting in but once we do we feel like a million bucks? I'm just proud of myself for getting dishes done! Congrats on taking the shower!! Major step today, may I say I'm proud of you
