I helped my mobility-impaired friend take a shower today. I should take one myself.
I think I give more showers than I take. |

2 a.m. - Just took a warm, brisk shower.
Now if I can get my toenails clipped. I'll do that after I sleep. Rome wasn't built in a day. |

Really weird thing. If I swim in the ocean I immediately have a shower afterwards with no issues. Lately I have been swimming 3 -4 days a week. On the days I don't swim I cannot get myself into the shower. This week I won't be swimming until Friday and I last showered on Saturday so I really need to shower at least once sometime in between but just don't want to. I'm not depressed. I don't know what my problem is.

I showered today. Put clean clothes on. Felt great!

I showered today and even washed my hair. Always good to not be too stinky. I don't like showering sometimes. It's one of those necessary things to do.

I showered and washed and conditioned my hair. Feel a little better now that I've cooled off some.
