I been diagnosted bipolar around 20 years ago after my first pregnacy. It was hard to accept, being such kind of healthy young girl, never used drugs or drink, stabel background, nobody in my family with emotional issues, etc. After years treating my illness, i have learned how to understand and accept myself. Everything i do, always do it to impress myself no others.i is still the same girl than before but just with some emotional issues that only god knows the reason i am carry them. Today, i decided to join this community after started taking my master in counseling, because i like to see how others bipolar feel about their condition and how they deal with. We always have to keep in mind that everything happened in life for a reason, we never will be alone. Wish you the best and god bless!
