I can't believe it, but after 14 years off and on I will graduate in June. Just 2 more classes to go.

I've applied to a university to get an MFA in graphic design.

The strange part is, until 3 years ago, I did all that without meds or knowing I was bipolar. It was a huge struggle, now I am relatively stable. My life has been consumed with school for the past 5 years, but I'm finally reaping the rewards.

I credit the support of my family and everyone on this site who helped pull me through my incredible highs and lows. Hugs for all.

That is absolutely wonderful! You can do anything you set your mind to.
I was in the same boat as you. I had my first (and hopefully only) manic episode which lead to my dx during january of my senior year. Nobody thought I was going to graduate with my class or that i would be going back to school, but I proved everybody wrong! Went back to school a month after being released from the hospital and was able to walk with my class and go to project grad. It was a wonderful experience and I am so glad I was strong enough to go back to school.

That is so wonderful.
Thanks for this!

I'm set to graduate in May. IF everything goes according to plans. It's complicated with dissertations. About time, though!
