It's not a physical ramp, its a mental/emotional one... getting myself able to actually take the action... perhaps anxiety

I don't know why I started calling it that. I almost think of it as a half nakie me runnie down the hallway to the bathroom and then running back to my bedroom like "No, I'm not ready yet." But I promise I don't do that, and I'm sorry to give you that visual.

I took a shower and washed my hair.
usually I make myself get in the shower at 5 days, sometimes it is once a week. geesh bizi __________________ lamictal 2x a day haldol 2x a day cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, fish oil coq10 multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine Remeron at night, zyprexa, requip2-4mg |
