I took a shower today and it was HOT! Almost TOO hot. But now I'm clean and refreshed in clean clothes. (I had put on yesterday's clothes to go to the pharmacy, earlier.)

When I went manic I took 3 showers a day. Now that I’m depressed I only take 1... but it’s a huge accomplishment everyday because I don’t have any motivation to do anything. In the beginning of my depression I had to yell at myself in my head to get up and take one. Now it’s become routine.... it sucks because I used to love taking showers!!
