I took a long shower and did other self care. I feel really refreshed and pleasantly good today. My hair smells good and it feels softer than usual.

I need a major push to shower today. Just cleaning my body has not been that hard lately, but to get myself to wash my hair and...shave my legs? Like a tall mountain! I'm going to do all three before 12 noon. I'll report back when it's all done.

It took me almost the entire hour since writing the above, but I've just finished the works:
Full shower Washing and super conditioning hair Shaving the works Facial cleansing Foot pumice Ears Nails Eye brows Full body and face moisturizing Super cleaning/flossing of teeth My hair is combed and scrunched with hair product. I let it air dry since it's curly. Will defuse dry, if necessary. I'm also doing laundry. |

Bless your hearts!!! I can relate; I have had a lot of times where I just did not care about getting showered. I rarely leave my apartment, so what is the point? I wish I could help yawl out somehow.
