I took a long shower and did other self care. I feel really refreshed and pleasantly good today. My hair smells good and it feels softer than usual.

I took a hot shower the first thing this morning. Loved it!

using new shampoo still felt gross afterwards but I guess it was nice to have a change of scents |

I need a major push to shower today. Just cleaning my body has not been that hard lately, but to get myself to wash my hair and...shave my legs? Like a tall mountain! I'm going to do all three before 12 noon. I'll report back when it's all done.
