I have started really making sure I take my meds ( I already had, ) using a sun box, eating better, and started using a sleep apnea machine. I’ve also stopped drinking, smoking, etc. I stay busy and take breaks. I focus on one thing at a time and one day at a time. I have been starting to get out more and around people etc. all these factors have my self esteem rising my moods level but a little elevated as I feel happy. I was isolating for years, only taking meds and my highs and lows were very severe lasting for months at a time. It’s hard to use good health management when you are overly depressed or elated but it has a huge impact on my cycle. I feel great and my concentration, memory and focus continue to improve. Thanks for letting me share.
Thanks for this!
