I am quite concerned that I am having periods of dissociation mixed with my bipolarism? Does anyone have any experience with these two disorders and how they mix together?

Thank you.

I dissociate, but I also have PTSD so that could be the reason. I also deal with stressful situations by dissociating.

Some of that is good, because I don't fall apart when I take care of critically ill patients. Some is bad.

What do you think is triggering you?
