anyone have the feeling that things are moving around you when they're not? for example, sitting in the car with the engine brake and suddenly feel (visually and somatically) that you're being jolted forward? What is this called? Does anyone else experience it? Could it be the psychoses part of bipolar? I always feel like I'm falling.

Wow...I have no idea what is causing it in you, but it sounds a LOT like the strange feelings I have had when going off of Effexor or Cymbalta.

Are you in the midst of any meds changes??

No med changes. Its been going on for quite a while. Told my tdoc today and she freaked out and told me to call my pdoc because she was pretty sure I was describing somatic hallucinations. I've never heard of that before. Somehow I just wanted it to be a persistent ear infection throwing my balance off and throwing things that aren't there at me. Oh well.
