Thanks....still trying today. I have T today...maybe that will help a little. Too many thoughts racing and too much pressure right now.....I can feel the weight on my shoulders and I can't let go.

Thank you. I have T again on Thursday. Just having a hard week. Lots going on and it weighs me down. I need to stop worrying about everyone else and worry about myself. That is a hard lesson to learn. *sigh*

I have therapy also today. I want to be organized and actually feel like I accomplished something, but there's so much sludge, I don't even know where to begin.
I don't know why I put in the last one, probably because it's just funny to see a smiley being chased by other smileys.

Yeah, being organized and accomplishing things is difficult when you only have 50 minutes. Sometimes I just start getting into something and then it's time to go.
I love the smilies!

Hehe, I'm in a weird mood. I feel like time's too short also. I get all emotionally worked up sometimes, then it's like, what the hell did we talk about for all that time? Time to make an appt for next week. Blah

Yeah, I get that too....what did we talk about for an hour?! LOL She usually has me distracted by games or drawing because if I am distracted I am more apt to talk about stuff that I normally wouldn't or I talk about tougher stuff than normal.
My T is on vacation all next week, so I won't be going to T and it will be tough. I think I can do it, though....she helped me ALOT last week.
