Why didn't you tell him the truth? I mean, you're free to do whatever you like, but if you tell him it's about eviction he may just talk to the landlord and find out it's not true. You may have to tell him you just don't like him as a roommate, which sucks, but at least he'll stay away.

he will not go to landlord. I told him that because he called when he was in a van and want to tell him when his soccer team and coach are not listening. He was also using someone elses cell, but when he comes by i will tell him. The whole world does need to know about his drug habits. As far as his behavior, yeah, i wanna tell him to his face. I have to replace my drivers licence and my veterans id card because either he or one of his druggie friends decided they could make some use of it. I reported both stolen to the police.

I am glad you are getting rid of him. I think you will have more peace of mind when he is completely gone.

Don't let him stay there even if he says he has nowhere to go. He can always go to a homeless shelter or find another friend's couch.

Ah, I see. I understand why you told him that way. Sorry if I sounded harsh. I'm not usually one to jump to conclusions. Sounds like you can hold your own. I'm glad you're standing up for your well being.

he came, was sitting on the porch last night told him he was an ***, a slob, a tv surfing crack head! Said he doesn't blame me, translation, he's gonna try again in the future. It was actually anticlimactic. But i have peace! The tv is off, hasn't been on since he left. I am really glad you all are here for me.
Thanks for this!

Happy to hear that he's gone and doesn't seem to blame you for his actions.

he cannot deny he has been a shhithead. Now he can be a shhithead somewhere else! If he comes by again, that just tells me he needs reminding. I love my clean, cozy, quiet home!

I'm sorry you are going through that right now -

Last but not least can always call the police.

I've had to do that - someone I kicked out sat in my driveway slobber drunk.

Keep up the good work of standing your ground!
