i hit a manic period and i can't function.....i'm not being watched but i can't keep from feeling i'm making everybody angry. i can't think. i have to stop and remember to breathe. i'm at light speeeeed. i'm stresing out and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh! anybody?????? at one point to day i was actually vibrating not just shaking. i'm sorry if i've offended an body. i can;t even type. i'm too i may no tbe ack fo a few days...... i gotta find a down or at least a way to burn out some of this extra babbbaadaaa. no t a word, just what i feel like. tahnks in advnc e

I hope u find a way to burn off your energy in a positive way. I just hope you stay safe I'm up right now too and I am finding myself a safe person partner to hang with so I dnt do anything too crazy. Good luck
