Alcohol + bipolar just does not work. And I am only talking about one drink, one measly glass of wine. It screwed me up to no end and I still feel drunk 24 hours later. Bad move...

I've been afraid to drink since I started meds. I have no idea what would happen. I have always found that I can't have more than one or two glasses of wine anyway.
Thanks for this!

Thanx for sharing - and yup once on physc medication all the recreational even a sip of wine will mess your brain chemicals up.

Even foods you eat and drink

Also some over the counter medications like flu or cold stuff I always have to by Non-Drowsy or I go into a type of depression the next day

Who know my body acts opposite to things sometimes
